Oh my goodness! You have truly been a time/brainstorming saver (savior). When I offered to create a Funeral Program for my dear friend who passed away (Feb 09)I thought I had put my foot in my mouth because I wanted something special and didn’t know (unbeknownst to them) if I could really pull it off. After hunting and pulling my hair out searching and looking online, I finally found you guys and how happy you made my life during a very difficult time. This time I had to visit your website again to purchase another one for a dear friend whose 18-year old son passed away on Apr 4. Just knowing I had somewhere to go to lifted tons of pressure off me.
You guys are quick and oh-so accomodating especially because I wanted the wording on the cover changed but didn’t have editing rights, you came through with editing the wording to my liking. I could go on and on but I think I’ve said enough. Without a doubt, the most comprehensive cost effective funeral program template offer available on the Web. Inspite of the circumstances…”The unfortunate death of a family member” If it had not been for services offered by Funeral Program Site, there would not have been an obituary available for the recent 04/18/2009 funeral date. It wasn’t the fact that I couldn’t find other means to obtain an obituary for my Mother’s funeral. I received two previous offers and they were good offers. However, the $490.00 price tag for one and the $525.00 price tag for the other program service caught me offguard. Unfortunately, I had less than three days to write/prepare the obituary and the “Funeral Program Site completed it in less than two days. More importantly, customer service was available throughout the process every night well into the late evening after 10 & 11pm. For your obituary concerns in your time of need, I highly recommend the use of The Funeral Program Site and it’s affiliates. A great big Thank you and God Bless You to Carol for being help in the time of trouble. My uncle past away and I needed 700+ programs designed and copied in less than 9hrs. I was so upset about my uncle and stressed by the programs that were pressed to be done. The Lord lead me to this website and I called the contact number at 9:30pm eastern time. I couldn’t believe it but a voice of an angel came to the phone and helped me pick out a template and then offered to assist me meet what seemed to be an impossible deadline. I sent her 42 pictures and she went to work. In about one hour Carol called me back and sent me a completed program that was simple beautiful. AMAZING!!! This was a very difficult time for me my mother ‘s passing was unexpected and I’m not handeling it very well. The lady at the other end of the phone could have chose to be nasty but instead I got nothing but empathy not sympathy, she was so kind and understanding I could not believe how helpful she was. Thats because good customer service is hard to find. The presentation came out masterful, it was a work of art. The folks at Mt. View Mortuary said they could not have done a better job. I was so frustrated trying to create a very special program for two very dear family members. I called the funeral program company and was connected immediately to a very nice assistant named Carol. She deserves the highest rating ever. She was so calm, courteous, understanding, and friendly. I had trouble from the start but she took extra time with me over the phone walking me through each step to get my documents sent to her so she could do the setup of my program. Preparing a funeral program for your child is nothing a parent should ever have to do. When our boy/girl twins were born and our son, James Michael, did not survive we were devastated and found ourselves doing the unthinkable, saying hello and goodbye at the same time. Because our daughter, Allie Grace, was in the hospital for 2 weeks and she could not travel initially, our son’s service was delayed a few months. Therefore, we had time to prepare for his service and burial. We knew that we wanted to create a special memorial program to share with our friends and family the baby boy they would never get to meet. The amazing nonprofit “Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep” took beautiful pictures of our son after he was born and we wanted to share those with others which we were able to do through the program. When I contacted Carole, she was compassionate to our loss and created a custom memorial program cover just for us. There weren’t alot of templates for babies, so she took extra care to get the program just the way we had hoped it could be. She even tied white ribbons around each program. Our friends and family were so touched by the program and all we had been able to include in it about our son and his too short life here on earth. Several people asked if they could take more than 1 program to share with others. The beautiful program is a tangible reminder and tribute to our son, who we will see again in Heaven. We yearn daily for our son’s presence with us here on earth, but we are comforted knowing that he is in the arms of Jesus and the angels and will live eternally with no pain or suffering.
