I am the chaplain for an in-patient hospice and we will be having a memorial service for our deceased patients family. I like you memorial templates but I can not use one with photos. Is there a way that I may be able to remove the place for the photo?

Yes, you can remove any of the photos or photo frames in the template. You do not have to use any of them if you do not wish.
Simply click on the photo and hit delete on your keyboard to remove.
