  • How Does Your Customization Service Work?

    Here's how it works:

    • Contact us if you are short on time, need your template in a hurry, or any other reason you are not able to produce a program. We will email you a link to pay a minimal fee for our customization services.

    • After we receive payment, we will email you immediately to begin emailing over all your content and related photos. If you don't have all your information, no worries, you can just send it as it becomes available.

    • Once you have finished sending all your info, you can relax and let us take the load off your shoulders.

    • Your completed program will be emailed to you within a few short hours, sometimes its sooner depending on how many pages you have.

  • Do I Get a Change to Make Any Changes to the Finished Program?

    Yes, you are allowed up to 3 revisions which is included in the $39.95 customization fee. Each time we send you the file, it counts as one revision. So you will have ample enough times to tweak the program once we've finished customizing it for you.

  • Do You Have Samples of Your Work I Can Look At?

    Yes, absolutely. We have a gallery of programs we have done for families who opted to use our customization service. Check out our sample gallery of programs to see the type of professional quality work you can expect from The Funeral Program Site.

  • Can I Use Your Customization Service For A Template I Purchased Awhile Ago?

    Yes! As long as you own one of our templates, we can use it to customize a program for you as many times as you want to use it. Just provide us with the email address you originally ordered the template and we'll take care of the rest.

     

    The customization fee of $39.95 still applies for each time we personalize a program for you up to 8 pages.

  • My mother in law funeral service is tomorrow is there a way i can get a template done and have it emailed to me so i can print it myself because i am pressed for time doing this all alone.
