• Terms and Agreement:
The Funeral Program Site grants you the following license to use The Funeral Program Site templates (the “product”) sold through our website in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (the “license”) issued by our company, as follows:
• Unlimited Usage License
As a funeral director or business that provdes services to the bereaved, you are granted an Unlimited Time Usage License when purchasing The Funeral Program Site Business Package at a our stated price. It enables you to use each individual product for a multiple funeral or memorial services.
• Imagery and Graphics
All imagery and graphics used in our products are photos that have been enhanced by our graphical team and are an integral part of our products. The Unlimited Usage License does not allow you the right to use or modify in any way, our imagery to develop other projects. Any kind of separate usage or distribution is strictly prohibited. All images and illustrations used in templates come in a single layer, as is.
• Modifications
Other than the modification of content text, you are not authorized to make any modification(s) to our products to fit your purposes in accordance with the type of license you acquire.
• Assignability
You shall not sub-license, assign, or transfer the any mentioned above to any entity without prior written consent from The Funeral Program Site.
• Our Refund Policy
Since FuneralProgram-site.com is offering non-tangible, irrevocable goods we do not issue refunds after the package has been delivered to you which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product at our site. We will provide assistance in template completion by any technical support you need.
• Ownership
You do not claim intellectual property right or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of The Funeral Program Site. Our products are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. In no event shall The Funeral Program Site or its agents be liable for any damages including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential, or other losses arising out of the use of or inability to use our products. You are entitled to brand the templates by placing your funeral home or business contact information anywhere within the program template itself.
Our program templates cannot be uploaded or displayed on the internet through the use of your website or any other internet related means that identifies our templates as your own. You MAY NOT resell or give away any of our templates for profit or non-profit.
• Customizations
We do not customize any of our products by changing the size of the program or script funeral program cover title. Customization is a paid service which is not included in the package price.
• Antifraud Check
Customer purchase can be suspended for manual antifraud check for 10-20 minutes as well as it can be suspended for a longer term for more serious investigations. Antifraud check occurs because of growing number of fraud transactions from persons who are not actual cardholders of the credit cards used during purchase.
• Governing Law and Jurisdiction
By accessing The Funeral Program Site website, you agree that all matters relating to your access to and use of this website and/or its products shall be governed by the statutes and laws of the State of California, without regard to the conflict of laws principles thereof. Violators of any or all portions of our terms of usage will be prosecuted by the law governing their state.
• Product Resale
The Funeral Program Site regularly monitors the internet and our competitors are closely monitored daily to prevent illegal usage of our products. You are not authorized to sell our products for resale or post any of our products on the internet in any way, shape, or form. We sell our products directly to consumers and businesses related to the Funeral Industry thereby keeping our costs to a miniumum for our visitors. Failure to do so, is a serious copyright infringement and violators will be prosecuted accordingly by our legal department.
• Information Disclosure
You may not disclose any order information including, but not limited to, Order ID, download link, etc. Our company reserves the right to change or modify the terms and conditions without prior notice.
