Sometimes, downloaded files may encounter some problems during a download depending on your type of internet connection. Also, Windows Vista may have some problems opening certain zipped files.

If you encounter any problems opening your zip downloaded file, contact us immediately so we can send you the document in another format. Because of the varying software programs installed within a computer, you may need to download the funeral program template in its original application format, which we are happy to send you through an email attachment or private download link.

Not all computer encounter this issue and you may not have any problems opening up the zip downloaded file. Just be assured that if this does happen to your computer, we have the solution!
