5. Once you have approved the digital online proof, we will go into production and begin the printing process. The printing does not begin until you give us a written proof. 
6. Once printing has completed, we will assemble your programs (fold and staple, respectively) and ship. Orders of $200 will receive FREE 2-day shipping via FEDEX. If you would like to expedite that arrival time, you can opt to go overnite but will have to pay for the upgrade charge for next day shipping. Our shipping department will notify you on the additional costs if you choose to do this option.
