I recently downloaded a template (frame with green border). When I try to print it out, the right had green border doesn't print. The error message I get says it is outside of the margin. Not sure how to fix. Thank you.
This problem setting is within your printer properties. You will need to ensure your paper size is setup properly. If you have a borderless printer, you need to set the paper size to letter borderless. There may be other settings within your print properties that this paper size needs to be set. The message you are receiving is normal because the margins are set to 0, you do not want to fix this, just select ignore. This is just telling you that it is set to print to the edge with no margins.

I was not able to use the template after download. Can I get a refund?
We're sorry but after a download of a template, we do not issue refunds whether or not you were able to use the template. Those circumstances are beyond our control and the template is fully functioning therefore, we cannot do exchanges or refunds.
GMAIL Email Account Not Receiving Download Link
We have found that in some instances, GMAIL email accounts do not deliver our download link for the template in a timely manner. In this case, please email our support staff immediately if you do not receive your download link email from us after the order has processed. We will then email the template directly to you manually as an attachment inside the body of the email.
I didn't save and it is not in my downloads folder, is there another solution so that I can retrieve it?
If you did not save your template when downloading it from our server, you can notify us via email or toll free phone line (800) 773-9026 and let us know the email address in which you ordered it under. We will be happy to send you the template as an attachment in the email so you will have it again.
When you download the template from the original link, you should do a SAVE and not an OPEN. This way it will save it first and continue to save it while you are customizing your program as you hit the save button. If you did not do this, it may not be retrievable. This is a Windows PC procedure and Word issue and not related to the template itself.
I Can't Open The Download Zip File
Sometimes, downloaded files may encounter some problems during a download depending on your type of internet connection. Also, Windows Vista may have some problems opening certain zipped files. If you encounter any problems opening your zip downloaded file, notify us immediately so we can send you the document inside the body of an email without a zip format. Not all computer encounter this issue and you may not have any problems opening up the zip downloaded file. Just be assured that if this does happen to your computer, we have the solution!
I cannot edit the funeral program template I downloaded, it is in read-only format.
All our funeral program templates are created in Microsoft 2003 and is able to be edited with any version of 2003 and up. They are also ready for editing. If you are not able to edit your template, please make sure you have the Microsoft Word application and check proper version for the template you ordered is installed on your computer. Microsoft Viewer or Microsoft Works Word Processor is not compatible with our templates.If you do not have Microsoft Word, Publisher or Apple iWork Pages installed on your computer you can download the free trial version from their website and install it on your computer. You will then be able to edit our funeral program templates accordingly.
What's the Best Template Format to Download for PC and MAC Computers?
The best format for PC computers is Microsoft Word or Microsoft Publisher. Make sure you have one of these installed on your computer before you purchase. If you do not have it, you can download the free trial version from Microsoft's website.
For MAC OSX computer users we recommend Apple iWork Pages or Microsoft Word. We prefer Apple iWork Pages for MAC users since it is made specifically for MACs by Apple. If you don't have this program, you can download the trial version from Apple's website.
Where is the link that wil allow me to download this template?
The link is sent to the email address you indicate when you order. Sometimes, that download link email does go into the SPAM or JUNK folder, so please check there. If it is still not there, please contact us immediately via email or call 800.773.9026 so we can email you the file or provide another method of download for you.
My Download Link Has Expired, Do I Have to Purchase the Template Again?
No, you do not need to purchase the template again. The download link is only good for 24 hours since we change it for every download for security purposes. If you should miss the download window, just contact us by email or phone and we'll gladly email you another one or send the template to you in the body of an email.
You never have to purchase the same template twice. Once you've purchased it, you can request a download link again even if its been months since you've purchased it.
