At The Funeral Program Site, we strive to ensure every order meets your expectations. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return policy below.

Eligible Items

We accept returns on non-personalized, physical items in new, unused condition within 7 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging.

Due to the nature of our products:

  • Personalized or custom printed items (including custom funeral programs and photo keepsakes)

  • Digital downloads and templates

are non-refundable and not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return, please email us at orders@funeralprogramsite.com with your order number and reason for return. If eligible, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at orders@funeralprogramsite.com or call (214) 548-5418. We will gladly replace or refund your order as appropriate.
