At The Funeral Program Site, we are committed to delivering your memorial products quickly and reliably, especially during life’s most sensitive moments. Below is an overview of our shipping process and expectations.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Custom printed items may take slightly longer depending on design approval and quantity.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

We offer several shipping options at checkout including standard, expedited, and overnight shipping. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

• Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (if ordered before 12 p.m. CST)

Shipping times are calculated from the day your order is shipped, not from the date of order placement.

Domestic & International Shipping

We ship throughout the United States and offer international shipping to select countries. International shipping times and rates will vary based on destination and shipping method selected.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your package using the carrier’s website.
